DEA ENERGY SURVEYS
This original DEA Energy business was set up in 2007 to specifically
service the requirements of providing Energy Performance Certificates
(EPC's).
Our current portfolio includes
Solicitors, Estate Agents, Developers and
International Surveyors and also Blue Chip administrators.
We are probably one of the most experienced Energy Inspection
companies in the area and we focus on providing a quality service and
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The business has
expanded to take into account the changing market place and in March
2009 a new associate Limited company was formed to provide Home Information
Packs and importantly for many a
Floor Planning service. This new venture has been heralded
an over-whelming success by our current clients and Vendors and we
continue to grow in what has become a tight market. Our legitimate

Both businesses are owned an operated by 2 professional ex Directors of
previous companies and
all of our work is carried out by Local people, we do not use agency staff
or cheap
data collectors.
Vendors can therefore rely on a professional quality service where we are sensitive to people's issues and concerns. All
of our staff are fully Criminal Records Bureau Checked
CRB. We also work on
Saturday's by prior arrangement.
We believe that Vendors require the assurance and confidence in a
company before allowing what to them is a stranger into their homes, we
are very sensitive and considerate in this regard. You are very unlikely
to get this
assurance from national panel providers who use the cheapest staff
possible in order to maximise their profits.
HIP DEA Limited (In association with
DEA Energy Surveys)
This new business was specifically
set up to provide the
following comprehensive service in arranging the assembling of a HIP pack, turnaround time, varies from 4 days to 10 days depending on
speed of Councils
and various Authorities providing us with the data required in a timely manner :-
A fully compliant Home Information Pack, this comprises of the following elements:-
a) Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ)
b) OCI (Official Office Copy) Land Registry
c) Title Plan (Obtained from Land Registry)
d)
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
e) Water and Drainage Search
g) Local Authority Land Search
g) Leasehold and Unregistered
Title documents (where applicable)
EPC's for
Commercial
and New Build (Off Plan SAP) properties is another service that we
provide.

We can also provide the above as individual items to suit customer
requirements as well as additional documents such as environmental
searches and Radon searches..
All of these services are competitively priced and are
of "Blue Chip" quality.
We produce a Mini HIP usually within
2 to 3 days (essential in order to get the Marketing under way with your
nominated Estate Agent) and then depending on the Local Authority
concerned we will provide a Full HIP in the range of 5 to 10 days.
All HIP's are produced in electronic format (PDF and requires Adobe
Reader) to be loaded on your PC. Hard copies are available but
these are priced at £15 to produce.
